anyone done the dohc head swap on the 4g64 and could please tell me if the performance was worth the time and money?

You can swap the heads off of a few of the evos I know. I forget which evos you can do it with but I know you can and from what I've been told the hp increase is well worth the time, effort, and money put into the job.

thats too expensive getting the head from an evo but 4g64.com have parts list if you want to 1g or 2g head swap on 4g64 which would be alot cheaper cuz you can very easily get it from a junkyard but no one hasnt ever said anything about the performance they got or anything. thank you for your input man.

No problem, you should email the moderator eclipse4utoo, he posted the thread about swapping an evo head onto a 4g64 so he would probably know how much performance gain you could expect if you were to do it. Just another thought.
