"Big improvements have been made to the cabin. Build quality is good, if not quite up to class-leading standards, while the controls are simple, attractive and well organised.

There’s decent room inside, especially for rear passengers. But what will really appeal are the competitive prices and generous equipment. When the five-door model arrives, it will start at £12,499 for the 1.5, while the diesel costs from £15,499."

Improvements to the cabin are a welcome addition. 5 door in the future?!
Maybe for us in 2010? By then I should need a new car because mine will be completely naked! Meaning my paint will be all gone :P

yeah 200 is still 60 units more than 140hp that its got.. so its not bad .. anytime u have that kind of difference , you feel it. 0-60 might not be as good as you hoped, but 50-100 is incredible.

Yes its turbodiesel.

Also, i stand corrected on torque.. its 228 - so almost 230, thats friggin nice. Also given that max HP is at 4000 rpm not 6K like our engines.. and max torque is at 1750.

also, their 1.8l and the diesel models come with ventilated brakes (drilled rotors)
