Hi, I'm having a jdm 4g63t put in my 97 Gsx. The mechanic just called and said when he was replacing the jdm parts there was no place to attach the cam position sensor. Can anyone help?

If the engine is an Evo III shouldn't it still work? Do you know how to solve the cam sensor problem? Thanks

yes it should. and as far as cam sensor prob goes: if the engine is ideed a 4g63 it should have the input. remember though that because its a japanese engine everything will be reversed. either ur mechanic is dumb or u dont have a 4g63. only 2 possibilities.

Ok thanks, I thought he knew what he was doing. He said he's done quite a few Honda swaps.
