why dont they put tweeters in the b pillar would that not make sense your head is right there so why not put them there

You dont want tweeters to be near your head. You want the highs to come from the front. Its called a "Concert Concept". You dont have band sitting on your side, you have it in front of you. And when they setup speakers for concert, or even take a simple movie theater setup, all highs come out the front and lows in the rear.
Simply put, having tweeters on your side will kill the sound experience you are suppose to get.
