I bought a 2009 Lancer GTS without the SSL package.

I noticed in front of the shifter in the recess there is a cover that says "AUX" and there is an RCA input under it. (I can take pictures later tonight, I'm at work without my camera ATM)

My stereo however is the factory single CD unit with no way to select the auxiliary input. I'm assuming the input isn't wired in, or I can't use it.

Does anyone know a way to get it working with the stock stereo (if its possible)?

i had trouble finding the aux button too, but i read the manual to find out, and i saw that you need to just hold cd for a couple of seconds.

I would have checked the manual, but I currently don't have one. The dealer is bringing it to me with my license plates (being my first new car, I was a bit excited about getting it, and forgot to grab it on my way out).
