I am thinking about buying a new 2009 Lancer Ralliart whenever they come out. I am trying to keep the cost down, but i assume that all the early ones will be loaded.

Anyways i am hoping to get some info from you guys on this sound system that is an option, the Rockford Fosgate

How good is the system and can you get it seperate from Navigation?

Since the 09 Ralliart is not out yet, it is hard to gauge how much it cost. Im guessing i would need to pay $1,750 for the Sun and Sound Package.

Also i heard about the Aux Input, if i do decide not to get navigation, does the Aux Input for Ipods work by default(with the proper chord) or do you have to pay extra to have that in your car(basically is it a default feature).

I own an Ipod touch and so if i could hook my ipod up to the stereo, than a navigation system would be pointless. I would not mind having navigation but at the same time it is over priced.

Anyway just wondering how good the sound system is default vs Fosgate.

Thanks

I personally like the system alot. By buying it I don't have to add anything because the system is done for me & it come with a warranty if I blow anything.
Nice & clear for the most part & the best part is that I didn't have to do anything other than plop down some green for that option.
I thiknk that it is a worth while option. But if you like adding your own touch to it...then get the stock radio & do it up your way.

The base audio is a 140watt system and it's lame... the Navi is just too good for me to pass up and it's really one of the big selling points for me.

Get the sound system, it's really nice, and for the money it can't be beat.

uhm maybe you should just report the post, let a mod handle it and stop taking the threads off topic.

Are you serious? If the thread is a re-post of one already deleted, report it and leave it at that.
