Ok, I have another idea... but want some opinions... I was thinking of making performance dimpled and sloted rotors. I looked into it and I dont see why I cant go and purchase some premium rotors and than modify them for a cheeper cost. What do you think.... would anyone trust them... thats a pretty important part of your car to be messing with...

You could do that, but considering how the metal needs to be near flawless, for example no internal fractures, treated for strength and such, I'm not too sure about this... Unless you got the tools  . I would like to have drilled/slotted brake rotors cause they stop better and aesthetically looks nice with the car's natural racer looks.
You could probably get some disc rotors and use the CNC machine to make slots and drill a few holes. If you do that then make sure the slot's ends don't look like this ")" and stopping there all of a sudden. Try to make it like ">" and gradually elevate it the farther out it goes to the brake's surface so the brake dust can go somewhere. I'm pretty sure the holes are smoothed out to prevent them from having the same effect as the slot on a brake does. Holes are mainly there to provide more ventilation for the brake.
By the way, the Front Brakes for the DS and ES are the same 10.9/276 but the GTS is 11.6/294. The rear for DS 8.0/203 (But is a drum... so says the NA Mitsubishi Site), ES 10.3/262, and GTS 11.9/302
