I don't see why they wouldn't fit. Should be just fine. The 18"rs have to be heavier than the 16's, so braking performance could be comprimised with longer stops.

The only issue that you might have is the speedo calibration. Your reading may be off.

Some of the other people on here....chime in & see what I am missing on this topic......

This is how it could change,
Changing tire size is one of the most common things car owners do that can affect speedometer accuracy. That’s because larger tires cover more ground in one complete revolution. Consider the example below.

Your car comes with factory-installed tires that are 21.8 inches in diameter. That means the circumference of each tire is 68.5 inches. Now let’s say you want to replace the stock tires with new tires that are 24.6 inches in diameter. Each new tire has a circumference of 77.3 inches, which means it travels almost 10 inches farther with each complete revolution. This has a tremendous affect on your speedometer, which will now indicate a speed that is too slow by almost 13 percent. When your speedometer reads 60 miles per hour, your car will actually be traveling 67.7 miles per hour!

YOU'LL BE FINE!

Stock tire:
205/60/16 = total diameter 25.69inch = circumference = 80.69

GTS tire:
215/45/18 = total diameter 25.62in = circumference = 80.48

In other words, the 18inch OEM GTS wheel/tire will be even smaller than your stock 16s. It will be affected by 0.16 mph .. So if you show 60 on your speedometer, you will actually be going 59.84mph.. NOT a big deal.

So go at it, buy GTS wheels and post some pics ;)

Thank you guys for the info :)

You could always get some other 18"erz for probably less than buying a set of the GTS ones. Probably could get some lighter ones too.

Just an idea. Good luck either way :57:
