Did you replace or resurface the brake rotors at the same time you replaced the pads or just slap them on?

When you replace your brakes you are reccomended to replace or resurface your rotors (depending on condition). If you dont you can warp you rotors or the brakes pads themselves. Also, when you look at a set of worn or used rotors you will see that there is a slight "glaze" on the surface and that surface can cause you brakes to over work, wear down faster and squeek something terrible from time to time.

You also may not have tightened something right and causing your brake caliper to rub on the wheel themselves. You may just want to take off the fronts again, check everything out, make sure there is grease on the brakes where it needs to be and if it continues I would look into warranting out the brake pads and replacing the rotors.

First off determine if its the front or rear. Have someone listen out the window as you apply the brakes. After you find this out remove the wheel to inspect the pads from the wheel in question. lokk at both sides as one will sometime wear faster than the other (inner ussually) My guess is that your pads are worn and your into the wear strip which is designed to make the noise you describe.
