hi all I just got my water pump, timing belt and under drive pulley changed everything is good. this morning when I woke up my lower radiator hose was flat but then when I went for a drive it goes back to normal and another way to get the lower hose to go back to normal is to open the radiator and I would hear air sapping out . So I called the mechanic and he said there is air in the system. Can someone tell me what to do?

Refer to the online service manual posted in the 3g forums and there will be a section telling you how to do it and the necessary tools that you need to do it.
