Hi - have just had similar problem - once wheel and caliper removed there is just small retaining screw in face of disk - after removing that there is nothing but rust or interference fit from keeping it in place - large hammer and wood block would not budge mine so garage had to use heat and judging by bill it took them some time!!
Just a thought - there are two threaded holes in face of disk which could take a couple of high tensile steel bolts which could be used to apply some release pressure on the hub (dont try with ordinary bolts they will just bend and snap) Anyone else had any success with this??
Hope this helps
