FIRST TIME LONG TIME READER OF THIS WEB SITE. JUST BOUGHT A 2003 MITZ, GALANT ES. AUTO HAS 75K ON THE ODM. THE STARTER MAKES A WHINNING NOSIE EACH TIME I START UP . WONDERING IF ITS NORMAL FOR THE MITZ? OR SHOULD I INVEST IN A NEW STARTER BEFORE A BIGGER PROBLEM OCCURS.

it is th alternator belt i have a 01 and that what is wrong w/ mone u can get the part from auto zone no more that 20.00 cheapest might be 11 w/ tax give a take a few tires plus can put it on for 50 bucks tell them u have ure on part may be cheaper then buy part seperate /
dont believe me have some one check it out that does not mean ure alternator is bad
