If you're asking about a shop.

It depends on their hourly rate.
Shouldn't take them more than 45 mins - 1 hour for the CAI.
Not sure about the SRI, can't imagine it takes more than 45mins to install... unless you have a Fujita SRI, which will take a lifetime to get right. (sorry, couldn't resist)

If you are talking about DIY...

A Ratchet Set, and screwdrivers, (and some of those thing you use to pop clips out if you own a GTS and you are installing a CAI, as you will be taking off the bumper).

Just some quick links I have.... You'll probably have to call and speak the companies, as I do not know if their are compatibility issues w/ the '09s.

RRM is the only distributor that actually sells a 2009 2.4L SRI, but seeing as the engine is is the same 4B11 engine, I don't see why any of the 2008 parts wouldn't fit.

RRM's SRI runs about $219.00 plus shipping.
Injen's CAI runs anywhere from $270 to $320, depending on where you buy it.

Installation can be free if you do it yourself... it's not hard, plus you develop a closer bond with your car! :grouphug:
