The RRM site says that it'll throw a CEL (Check Engine Light) on so I would wait for one that won't.

I'm also trying to find out about the RRM Headers, or any Aftermarket headers for that matter.

Also Looking for any information You folks out here in '08 Lancer-land might have on the Header back exhaust system. so far I have been looking through these forums and found CB and AB exhaust But only a Header back exhaust for the Cali Car.

Also I was wondering what the general concensus was on which Intake system was the most preffered be it the Injen or Fujita(sp?)

thanks.

look around at the other posts and you will find out..this post is about the headers.

well since it doesnt seem that anyone has any info on the RRM headers might anyone know anything about any other company R&D-ing or even planning on producing a set of headers? im anxious to get some but i dont want to jump the gun as i did w/RRM's exhaust system and end up kicking myself in the a$$ nd having to buy another one and waste all that money..

dont waste your time on Fujita, stick with INJEN, it does deliever performance and has a reliability factor that Fujita just doesnt have. I havent heard of check engine lights with the INJEN, Fujita has had reports of issues, alot

One question...

Do headers usually make the car obnoxiously loud? I'm also considering the header, but I don't wanna wake up my neighbors.

I'd still say wait for the next generation of headers to come out. RRM's headers have been out for some time as well as their old SRI. The new SRI is much better, so it's only a matter of time before they come out with new headers as well.

Okay, if i get the headers, would it be a waste if i didnt get a whole new header back exhaust, or would the Greddy TiC still be a good option??

hope this is on topic

I don't know much about headers and would like to know about this as well. My buddy has headers (as well as exhaust and intake) on his 06' Acura RSX and it is loud as hell. Aren't headers illegal in Cali?
