So who has them on here & what do you think?
Does it make the car louder or what? Or does it give it a slight grumble with the stock exhaust?
Any noticeable gains for the CVT people?
For the NON CALI cars......has anyone had any issues with CEL's?
Has anyone had any rusting issues with them? I know they are ceramic coated, but my buddy had cermaic headers on his Camaro & they were rusting. IDK maybe he got the wrong ones....but I have to ask. I have ENOUGH headaches in my life....I don't need issues with this thing.
Thank you for all that can help.

I don't have it, but maybe some answers might settle your mind.
1.) It does make the car SLIGHTLY louder from the engine bay because more exhaust is leaving the manifold.
2.) CVT or manual transmission, you are still helping the car breathe better, so there will be a noticeable gain. Remember when you had the Works pipe? You felt a difference even though it was just a muffler delete... and you have a CVT. The headers will bring more exhaust out, but since you still have the same diameter piping all the way through, you will only build up more back-pressure. Fortunately, the monstrous exhaust canister we have is designed to create oodles of back-pressure (since the exhaust will fill the canister first before exiting the pipe), so you should feel a difference torque-wise.
3.) Only the PZEV's cars have issues with CEL's because they have 2 catalytic converters. The RRM header requires you to remove one (I believe), which causes the CEL to trip. I drive a FED vehicle, so I can't be quoted on that...
4.) A ceramic header is actually a ceramic COATED header. Technically speaking, ceramic will not rust... because it's not even metal. Like I mentioned before, it's ceramic COATED... so if that coating starts to chip off (just like everything ELSE on our cars), then yes, the header will start to rust because 99% of the time, ceramic coated headers are not stainless steel.
The best exhaust for us people in the Mid-West who have only 2 seasons (cold and hot) is a full stainless steel exhaust, from header to the muffler. Most reputable companies will offer a 5 year warranty on theirs.
