Can anyone help me with adjusting the low beams on a 2002 diamante. There is a plastic cast with a bubble level in it next to each headlight. This has an adjustment screw beside it. Is this what I need to turn to adjust the headlight up or down. There is a gear for left and right but I need up and down. HELP anyone?

The one with the level bar next to teh adjustment is the one to adjust up and down, the inner one more toward the grille is left right.
