ha ha ha.........
dude your not going to like the answers you get to that question. first of all, most members will just hate on you for asking about the remote turbo my STS, second no one that i have talked to on this forum has ever even played around with those turbo's. third everyone will constantly bore you with answers of turbo lag this, turbo lag that.
they seem easy, but for a cheaper price you can look up the specs on the oil sending pump. buy one of those then buy a decent turbo for yourself. fabricate the exhaust bracket for it to mount it where you want it. then buy the oil lines and the material to make the intake. and you will have the same system for cheaper.
STS is out of Orem Utah which is right near where i used to live. yes the system works. yes it tends to have less heat on the turbo due to its placement. yes the turbo lag is only as evident as normal motor mounted turbos. it is a decent system, but i would never buy one for myself. heck it if were me and i had the money. i'd buy one put it on, figure out what i needed to make my own. then i'd return it and build my very own.
i hope that helps man.
