just wondering how much i can bore a 4G64 block without being scared of cracking it while running...

I've seen a 2.6 stroker kit. But that is more then just a bore job.

Is it turbocharged?

people have gone as far as .080 overbore on a 4g63. the blocks are similar so it might be ok for you to do the same but you have to get custom pistons from Ross. i think they are the only ones that sell them that big
