My 2003 OZ rally recently had its cam shaft and valves replaced. Now my engine makes a ticking sound, like a bad lifter. Tried putting additive in my oil to stop the ticking, no luck. Mechanic says it may be a bad lifter (or not) and to replace all the lifters. Any advice?
