Ive had it adjusted a couple times, even by the dealership that I got the car from

but now anytime when I am cruising at 100 - 120 the hood comes up slightly, and then is loose and bouncing there, as if I hit the hood release latch inside..

how can I stop this? it scares the crap out of me when it happens as its kinda loud and alerting

I have a 99 RS and at 111 I know I've gone too far. Stop going so fast in that car.

Are you really that naive to think people dotn move from canada to the US....

When you take a car across a border it has to get imported into the country.....

that is what we call being Imported
