The code P1306 came on when i diag it and im trying to figure out how i can take care of it i have no power period when the car is off and the sun roof, interior lights, and radio does not work when its running power locks only work when car is on.....i checked all fuses and relays i could see i need to know where the battery back up circuit is located on this car hopefully this will take care of the problem

open your engine compartment fuse box. there is a fuse inside a yellow casing one of these is probably burned out. most likely the one in the back. it takes some muscle to pop the fuse out as the casing has clips on it to hold it in better. these are the only two fuses i know of, that will turn off your headlights, interior lights, radio, and your sunroof. please check and reply back.

also you may want to run down to your local autozone and give them this code they will print off a troubleshooting systems checklist for you, and can price the parts needed to fix the problem.
