Hi Doublecheese,

I think it is probably located in the rear; however, I don't think there is any problem if somebody installs it somewhere a little bit more convenient. By the way where did you get this picture from and do you have a part number for this?

Also, thanks a lot about the advise on the bluetooth. They just had their catalogues updated recently and I am having them replace the blue tooth under their guarantee. By the way the accesory catalogue says that the blue tooth comes with some sort of quick guide on the sunvisor. What are they referring to? And where did they install the microphone on your installation?

Hi Greeneagle

Here is the quick guide you just stick it to the sun visor .

The microfon normally should be in the middle, however in the middle it blocks my sight of the km counter so I put it more to the right.

Sorry man ,
We don't have Tritons over here, I actually don't even know what a Triton looks like.

Do you have the MMCS ? When you plug something on the MMCS do you see the AUX button ?

Hopefully if my brother gets back frum a street battle against this one guy soon , ill get it into the parking area at my home and try to get him to take picture , so yu can see the layout. Well the Triton PLUS Models have it . Mine is a 2006 , i see they do not have my series anymore. They are all diesel now. My year i beleive was the last that had a Quad Cab with an top line available 3.5 petrol V6 , i see they are all available with a 2.5 and 3.2 DiD as of 2007.

Yu are referring to where yu can plug the accessery jack into teh back of the head unit? My imput jacks are at the rear , with an 12v acc. power jack no more than a couple meters away. The head unit should be prewired down to the kick panel or rear deck tray . The main head unit will need the factory or aftermarket multi ****. connector if one isnt already wired to it. Itll be at the mid base of the factory unit.
