You might want to check to make sure the wiper arms didn't fall off the motor. My cousins wipers quit working one day and after looking into it he found that the motor was still rotating but the wiper arms fell of the rotating nut (or whatever you call it)

And you checked the fuses? I'm not sure where the relay is. Buy a Chilton's, that should tell you where the wipers are, I believe you can even check out a Chilton's or Hayes book from the library.

There's no "fuse" on a windshield wiper system. It's something you really need to be able to rely on, so the factory makes a breaker that resets itself (kinda like in a house). That way you don't have to change a fuse on the side of the road in the rain. If the motor draws too many amps it flips the fuse and your wipers'll turn off. But when you to turn them on agian the breaker should be reset and they should work fine. However you say they don't turn on at all. This can be caused by one of two things.
1. There's a connection problem somewhere. Check all wires in the system for connectivity, damage or corrosion.(best scenario)
2. Your motor is shot and it needs too much amperage to function thus keeping the breaker open (worst scenario)
