I live in Arizona and i want to tint both is it legal and how do i go about it?

Check with Arizona state laws, how would we know?

Headlights - most likely illegal, taillights, probably the same. But then again, just about ANY modification to a vehicle is illegal to some degree and intended for off-road use only.

Depends on the color of the tint in most states.Lighter color tints are less noticable and draw less police....black, usually they'll pull you over if its dark enough to notice at first glance.
Clear,they dont bother because alot of newer vehicles come stock that way.

Don't put anything blue on your car. My son put blue directional signals on his lancer and got pulled over - he was told it was technically a misdonemor (SP) and he could be arrested, but if he went home and took them off that would be "swell".
(I told him it was probably not a good idea before he did it too :) )
