That's awesome and I love Injen's products and everything, but...

Where's the rest of it? I mean, you can't just come out with a header back exhaust for the PZEV cars and expect us FED Lancers to pick up an axle back. The math, it just does not compute!

FREAKING WILLY WANTS A FREAKING CAT-BACK! Please!

don't know how it sounds, don't have a video
one of these hasn't even been made yet. They just started production on tuesday

probably sounds similar to their SES headerback exhaust though

Yikes, I'm with freakinwilly on this one. Little pricey for me considering what you get, especially if all I have to judge it off is a picture. Thanks for the heads up though man.

Yeah im with you guys. Injen can shove that 435.80 muffler up there **** and get back to me when they come out with a real exhaust for our Fed. cars.

The only people with a real exhaust for the fed lancer right now is magnaflow but i want to hear it before i make a decision.

What's with these prices?!!!?!!!

I really want to get a quality exhaust, but these prices are just crazy. Maybe they will sell really slowly to where they will put them on sale....I hope!

Wonder what the tip size is.........

Megnaflows exhaust is also an axle-back.

We have a company we are working with at the moment to make a FED headerback exhaust. It should be ready soon.

if R&D was expensive, then that can justify a higher price to the company. as a cusumer we wouldnt be happy, but face it, their CAT back didnt go well the first time around. This Axleback fixes the problem

ohh a FED headerback, I'd laugh if it is cheaper than the Injen ses exhaust. I might go for this than the greddy TiC. But all depends on price and might just be cheaper to go Greddy with a seperate header and high-flow cat.

No check there site again "MITSUBISHI LANCER Stainless Cat-Back System PERFORMANCE EXHAUST" This cat back can be picked up for only a little more than injen wants for a muffler (magnaflows site says 693 but look around and you can pick one up for a little over 500)

Anyone that pays this much for a muffler is retarded and is bending over and letting injen stick it right in :haha:

Yeah, but you can also get the Greddy Ti-C for just under $400. A full cat-back for less than what Injen is asking for just an axle-back? I think the choice here is obvious... and if it isn't...

*offers KY*

You'll be needing this.

I got my T-ic axle back for $300 and my Injen Intake for $280 It helps to have a shop nearby. Extreme PSI is in my Neighborhood. When you hagle them they drop 20 bucks no problem when you walk in cash in hand, well for me the do. (no KY needed)
My cat back is custom i cut out the resinator after the cat and put in a piece of straight pipe. Thank you, thank you i know, i'm brilliant... Good luck waiting for a cat back!

there are only 2 options for making an exhaust with the 08 lancer (aside from custom welding)

Header-back
Axle-back (catback)

the nearest flange to the cat converter is at the rear axle, which makes any exhaust connecting to that point an axle back and catback. The only other option would be a full headerback. I have talked with magnaflow, and last i heard they said they where going with an axle back (which would technically be a catback)
