i'm pretty sure that this one: http://www.2gnt.com/index.php?d=SAFC%20Installation

is what you need because the other article is for the afcII. If you compare the two articles and the wiring diagrams they give you they vary only slightly. but they never come out and say exactly which model it is so i'm willing to bet it is the exact same between the AFC and AFCII

I couldn't find a definitive answer though especially for the NEO sorry guys. I'm still lookin thouhg

its a good idea to solder them, that way you know they are secure. just make sure you don't solder all of them together :P
