your bulb is probably burnt out. i would pull your cluster out and replace the bulb. if that doesn't work then test the outlet with a voltmeter to see if its getting any voltage when you turn your key to the on position.

i would ask SC-customs for that information, i have yet to have to pull my cluster out. just look for a topic he was the last to post on and click on his name. then send him a personal message about it. i'm pretty sure he can tell you, or one of his technicians can tell him hoe to tell you how to do it. make sure you get back to us on this topic if you get the problem fixed!

QUOTE(EMC 3000gt @ Jun 17 2008, 04:28 PM) Just want to clarify that when you turn the car on the Service Engine Soon light does not light up. were you making a statement there, or asking a question? i don't see a question mark at the end of your sentence.

QUOTE(SC-CUSTOMS @ Jun 18 2008, 09:12 AM) Pull off the driver bezel, it's only snapped in place. Once that cover is off, you have 4 screws. Remove those, and remove cluster (unplugging the back 2 wire harness). Replace bulb, and reinstall cluster. You can have the entire cluster out of the car in 30 seconds with a phillips head screwdriver. I was pretty quick and it took me only 3 minutes total including getting the screw driver. Found out that someone removed the bulb and holder completely. Took another one from it's socket and put it in the Check engine soon place and it works now. But as you probably have guessed by now- it's on all the time :( Looks like the friendly car lot we bought this from a couple of years ago removed it to pass smog. Now I have to find the trouble codes and fix it correctly

be sure to remove anything that looks after market, or questionable on your engine. you don't want to get flagged for a mod at a smog shop. they will send you to a smog refereeing shop, and those guys are A-holes. they will fail you for having a missing screw on your intake scoop, seriously.
