Pull off the driver bezel, it's only snapped in place. Once that cover is off, you have 4 screws. Remove those, and remove cluster (unplugging the back 2 wire harness). Replace bulb, and reinstall cluster.
You can have the entire cluster out of the car in 30 seconds with a phillips head screwdriver.

I was pretty quick and it took me only 3 minutes total including getting the screw driver.
Found out that someone removed the bulb and holder completely. Took another one from it's socket and put it in the Check engine soon place and it works now. But as you probably have guessed by now- it's on all the time :(
Looks like the friendly car lot we bought this from a couple of years ago removed it to pass smog. Now I have to find the trouble codes and fix it correctly
