Is something causing it to shake, like unbalanced tires, mis-alignment, dirt build up in the rims, bad ball joints, etc?

it might just be the 100mph. tires are only garunteed to be balance for 65 mph. THE SPEED LIMIT in pa.

if you want to go faster have them do an "alloy 2" balance on your tires and wheels.

otherwise get a safety harness and BUCKLE UP! there is no need to go that fast on the street. that's why they make race tracks or hondas

I'm having a simillar problem. When I'm going 130 down the highway and my exit comes up I cut the wheel hard to the right and hit the brakes and my tires make this weird screeching sound. Any ideas as to what may be causing this? (SARCASM)

Oh, that's easy! The hamster under your hood has gotten tired and needs to take a breather!

On topic, I think every car shakes in the 100+ mph range straight from the factory. And as pointed out earlier, it could be your rim needs balancing at a higher level.

On a side note, you better hope its not your ball joint! If that thing snaps when you are flyin' down the highway, you better hope you got not only a second, but a THIRD pair of undies!
