hey..i drive 92 mirage with the old fashioned winde up windows, the cable for the drivers side door snapped over a month ago and i cant seem to locate another cable like that where im living...i was wondering if any one has any suggestions for another type of cable that can be used..sumone told me a brake cable from a bicycle????

well... not sure but what the hell... why not give it a shot? i'm sure you could get the hardware for hooking it up at a hardware store also... i have never actually take my door panel off and i hope i dont have to lol

yeah im not getting much advice on my posts either... great huh?

Hardly that. Your question is rather unusual and it is most likely that no one has an answer for you. The usual answer would be to try to find one at the dealer, online, or at a junk yard. I saw your original post and tried with no success to locate a resource for you. There are people here trying to help where they can.
