My unmodified eagle talon tsi awd, gets about 170 miles on a 15.9 gallon tank with 91 octane gas, dirivng it normally, sometimes not even boosting. My car is bone stock atm. Iv had it checked, no one can seem to find the problem, not the fuel regulator, fuel pump, gas leak, cats are good , air in tires all 31 psi. Idk what else could be wrong. Help?

Help? Get a compression test. If you are loosing compression you will notice a significan drop in MPGs like that

QUOTE(4G63Attack @ Jun 17 2008, 02:56 AM) when was the last time you change the 02 sensor??? when was the last time you did a tune up ?? and do you have any boost leak ??? when I was getting my car ready to run again, for 1 whole tank i was getting about 100mpg. how i'm about 200ish mpg +1 My bag MPG was caused by major boost leaks. I was getting 22mpg on a downhill highway barely touching the gas pedal. with the tune up replace plugs, wires, and air filter if it's dirty. Check your MAF for bad signal as well.
