Hi guys, I am new to this forum so and mitsubishi cars. I need to find out some information which nobody can provide for me so far. Hopefully I can get some answers here.

At my work, we purchased a 1988 white Montero, and we need to paint it red, in order to match another montero we used earlier in the film. To make long story short, we need to match it identically to another montero which is red. It is original factory paint on the red montero. However, I don't have the access to the Red montero anymore. So I can't possibly find out the vin, registration, or anything in order to figure out the color code on it. So I would really appreciate if anyone would have this sort of information, or if someone owns a 1988 red montero, to get me that color code.

Don't own a red 1988 Montero myself.

Think a Mitsubishi dealer should give you the answer without much bother.

check out dupont paints they have a color library of colors for each year by manufacturer.
