hey guys its been a real long time since i have posted/replyed

i have been sorta kept up with work and my camaro

anyway

i was re wiring a switch in my car.

i was re tighting down the positive termal and the rachet slipped outta my hand and grounded itself against the strut tower

sparks and smoke everywhere and then the car wouldnt start.

i checked every fuse in the fuse box in the engine bay and in the interior

is there something else i should check?

i replace the ecu and still nothing.

any ideas?

thanks in advance

 wow you did it right!

try bypassing the ignition switch. There has to be a melted wire, blown fuse or burned up connection somewhere. Especially since it grounded so hard that the ratchet welded itself. I know you checked the fuses but there just has to be a burned up something somewhere.

I know im sounding repedative but it really sounds like one of you wires between your ignition and bat had it. double check the connections at the end of the wires and if there are any weak spots in em
