they're all pretty much the same in terms of reliability. only difference is the amount of drop they give.

Megan Coilovers are of course the best option for performance/reliability/features.

however if you can't afford those i'd recommend the Eibach pro-kit, or the sportline kit if you want something more aggressive

Besides the Megans, what springs would you recommend for me?

I want a noticeable drop, but I have the GReddy TI-C and am worrying about clearance issues as I have alot of ups and downs as well as railroad tracks to cross on the daily.
What has worked well for your customers with the 08 Lancer w/ the GReddy T-IC exhaust?

well the megans are full coilovers, so they are fully height adjustable, and have dampening adjustment.

however, as far as regular lowering springs go, a lot of our customers are running Tein S-Techs, and Eibach ProKit. both are similar products. I personally prefer Eibach springs, so i'd recommend those for you. They have a decent drop that isn't to extreme
