Is it possible to fit gas to a Dec 06 Outlander, 2.4 litre petrol model LS auto with CVT?

Hi, also got a LS Outlander 07 and looking at LPG. Have contacted Mitsubishi regarding differences between Ausie and all other Outlanders and have been waiting 3 months for a reply. Very happy with the car and getting just over 30 mpg(sorry havent fully converted to metric yet). Will let you know how I get on...Alf.
