ok so I was cruizing craigslist the other day and a add for a 95 gsx jumped out and slapped me in the face. I read it and re-read it. so I know you all say drive the car before you buy it! but what are all your guys rules on buying a car that isn't currently running. I would post a link in here but im at work right now and the computers here are extremely retarted so I will do that as soon as I get home. its a 95, 9x,xxx mi., its got a evo iii, and 3in turbo back (if I remember right) exhaust, BUT, he said it will need a radiator cuz he has the stock radiator and innercooler so the car runs too hot and is been parked for 2.5 years cuz hes been driving other cars (who does that?! anyway...) other than that some minor issues like an unpainted bumper and moonroof that leaks a little... any input will be great. and I will post the link later tonight. thanks guys
