ok there is a 2000 gt eclipse i am looking at getting. 74k miles. test drove it and was sound vehicle but the steering wheel shook at higher speeds. is that normal for eclipses? the car is a 5sp if that matters. please let me know what i should look at on the car before i get it so i know if they need to replace anything.

It's normal if something needs repair.
Either have the dealer correct the issue - or buy a different car. It's either warped rotors, alignment, or tires needing balance.
