do you all think it could be a faulty crank sensor? my best friends mom car started doing the exact thing its an old dodge stratus with the chrystler 2.4 motor basically the same as mine only 2.4 and they changed the crank sensor ( the car lot) and it runs fine now, only problem is not a single auto parts store in town carries parts for my car. So any suggestions?

i went to o relleys autozone and advanced and they all refered me to this one store down town were he didnt even have it but he said he can order it for me for 80...i guess i will go with the website and try it out, as far as it being the sensor could it be? becuase instead of paying 260 for a computer at auto zone i want to try other stuff, already replaced coil wires plugs all that but like i said my friends mom had to change the sensor, so i guess it's worth a try, if i get it fixed i think im going to sell the car

try machv.com. or extremepsi.com, they both have really good customer service and sell really cheap OEM parts.

extremepsi.com good guys only about an hour from my house

Mentor mitsubishi has great prices but sometimes their shipping time sucks. I've gotten stuff within a week and sometimes its taken over a month. In Ohio.

www.mitsupartsdirect.com Is another dealer that is in Maryland and has better ship times. Rockville Mitsubishi.

Both the dealers sell at wholesale prices.
