Ok, forgive me if this is anywhere else but i've looked everywhere but cant find it.

can anyone tell the exact kind of subwoofer that comes in the Lancer. I know it's a RF but I want the exact type or name or whatever you want to call it.

its in the trunk, on the driver side.. its big and you cant miss it..... if you have it. :rolleyes:

I think its a "Punch" line subwoofer. 10". not sure if its a p1,p2 or p3/p3 shallow mount.

If you go on and read the FAQ's off that page, it appears that the sub is specifically designed for Mits and is not a std RF sub. They say that a commercial RF sub won't work with the OEM amp in the vehicle. Sounds highly unlikely but that's what they claim.

i know where the speaker is. I was talking about i couldnt find a post on this forum about this. or anywhere else on the net.

and thanks to those who helped, i was thinking about trying to just get another just like it putting it with the one in there already.

it's a dual 75watt 1ohm voice coil sub.. so 150 watts.. it's pretty beefy (for a stock woofer) kind of rates between the p1 and p2.. I dont think it had any model numbers.. I took it out a year ago and put it back in.
