Guys,

need recommendations on aftermarket cruise controls / tempomats which have been succesfully fitted in Outlander Turbo and need to know where to buy it. Or at least please point product you think should fit my car.

Waeco is producing cruise control modules, for electonic accelerator pedal (Outlander equipped with one) and for some specific CAN BUS vehicles (still in doubts whether Outlander Turbo is CAN BUS or not). No reply on mail mails to Waeco technicians.

also, I believe there is an OEM solution even for the turbo...have you contacted your mitsu dealer in this matter?

Yes I did contact the mitsu dealer. Anwered that there is no OEM solution for this car. There is no cruise control for 4G63 in general. Mostly 4G69 is offered with cruise control.

Thanks for the link. Mitsu models listed as compatible with electrical cruise control module are all new mitsu models with CAN bus (Grandis and new Colt as first models with CAN bus). So I assume it is the CAN bus oriented cruise control module. But I will ask them.

I am still not sure that Outlander Turbo is CAN bus equipped. In the Technical Information Manual there is only one place where CAN bus is mentioned and it is related to MUT-III diagnostic device. This note may be just part of the universal MUT-III device manual inserted into Outlanders TIM.

they do kits for the galant - which are the same as the ones UK Dealers offer (at a fraction of the price).

They dont list the outlander but i'm sure they could be made to fit - i was looking at getting one for my 4g69 mivec.
