Hey all,

Was just wondering if any of you's have advice or had the same problem as i have, i currently have a cc coupe with the 4g15 carby engine, when i go to shut it down the car just shutters, while the engine shuts off, it can sometimes go for up to 5 seconds after the ignition is switched off.

Any help would be appreciated

if you replace your fuel filter, and clean your carburetor. the problem should stop. if it does not you may need a carburetor rebuild kit. its something with your fuel delivery system. unless of course you have a diesel. i don't know much about your kind of car, but as far as carburetor engines go thats the general fix of the problem. it its a diesel its a internal engine problem that a shop would need to fix.
