:grin: Hi I am new I just got a 2001 spyder gt and love it now my problem is the factory alarm will not set no beeps from the panic button or when alarm is set when I try to activate it the lights flash but the horn does not go off please help :liebe011:

are you sure that the horn is connected to the alarm? are you sure its an alarm system and not just a automatic door lock? do you push the lock button twice when you try to set the alarm? have you checked the alarm fuse in the car? whats the capital of Virginia? have you asked a shop to look at your alarm yet? is it cold or is it hot when you rub icy/hot on your McNuggets?

sorry i just thought i would lighten up the mood since there were so many questions there. i feel overwhelmed when someone asks me that many questions, so i tossed in a couple funny ones.

No I was reading the manual and notice about the alarm system and what it is suppose to do and I went out to try it the arming system symbol came on in the dash and when I open the door to test the lights flash but no sound the horn does work but when armed it will not sound....

some body probably dis connected the wire from the alarm to the horn is all.
