i just bought a 95 eclipse rs it runs fine while its cold but once it warms up it runs horrible it wont go over 1000 rpm the guy i had look at it said it could be the ecm but it dosnt have the exhaust on it so the o2 sensor isnt hooked up what do you guys think it could be

Its missing an 02 sensor so it has no idea WTF is happening.
