That's a two step launch control. It's programed thru the ecu. You can't just buy that and add it to the car.

all different names for the same thing.

I believe EManage ultimate has it built into its software.

and then this product. I am not sure if it will work with a 3000GT though.

And the EVO's have them built in. You have to rev lightly to 4 or 5000 RPMS and then it starts.
