 Rotor On Distrubuter, how do you take it off?

2002 3.0 v6. the rotor is worn out and I baught a new one, but I cannot figure out how to take off the old one? i tryed popin it off, and it broke off both arms. do you wedge something below it pry it off? or what.

That's what I would do is try and pry it off with something, just don't break anything important. Or another suggestion is look at the online service manual at the top of the 3g forum and it should tell you the best way to take it off.
