The hinge just bolts on. The most inmportant thing to remember is to take it slow when doing this kind of repair. Getting impatient and rush, will most likely result in damage to the door. Easy way to do it, is to remove the old door in its entirity, and remove any hardware you will ned to use for the new door (locks, handles, latches, wiring, etc) AFTER you remove the old door. Put all this stuff back in the new door before you put it on, you will thank yourself latter. Once you have eveything installed, hang the door on the car, and try to get the lines on the door matched up perfect. if the latches don't match up yet, don't worry. Once you get the lines (front and back) matched, adjust the latches if they need to it. Make sure when making the initial door adjustments, that the window is rolled DOWN all the way (this makes sure that you can't actually lock yourself out, and more importantly, makes sure you don't break the window while making adjustments). Other than that, just take your time. If you want to be really cheap, and can weld, cut, grind, sand and paint, cut the old door skin off, and replace with a new one. Much cheaper, and takes about four times longer. hehe Good luck.
