Subject: Greddy TiC exhaust

Hey, I'm on the Mitsubishi-forums.com and my username is Lancerpower4b11 (idk if you heard of it) I talked to Mitch about the test fitting and such, but thats not why i sent an e-mail.
I was wondering how long will it take to start re-shipping the new exhaust? I am very anxious to buy one and have been talking to a company that told me they can't get any, because Greddy is still working out the kinks in the exhaust. Whats the ETA on the new exhaust with the new brackets to fix the melting issue. Any info on it would greatly help and i would appreciate it severely. Also and info on new products for the 08 mitsubishi lancer would be helpful as well. Thanks for your time and keep up the great products (I hear great news everywhere i go about your exhaust).

Thanks,
Lancerpower4b11 (Brandon)

If you look under you car, you'll see that after the cat there is only one place to bolt on an exhaust... right at the rear axle. So really on our car an axleback is a catback...

You may want to wait a bit on the GReddy exhaust. Even the second revision is having melting issues. I received my bracket yesterday and will not have time to install it until Saturday so I can let you know more about that then. A few of us on here have decicded to boycott GReddy until the issue is resolved completly. Have a look here.

There is a post from Inpeng where he talks about the bracket moving and the exhaust being to close to the bumper. Like i said, I haven't put mine on yet so I can't speak from experience but I don't really see how that bracket is going to help but we will see.
