I called my dealer about getting some new convertible top seals for my newly purchased 1998 Eclipse Spyder GS-T, but the dealer only had the top seal along the windshield for $305 and the rear passenger side seal for $59. He said that he cannot get any of the other seals for the top. I attempted to find some on the internet with no further luck... What are you guys doing? Are there any aftermarket places I can go to to get the new seal kit? This is a real bummer... I'd like to try to reseal the top one last time before I can't get parts at all (which I am almost there now). Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Dan

Thanks for the attempt of help. It seems like I'm pretty SOL. I found a decent used pass side seal kit on ebay, so I'm going to give that a try. I've searched, and searched, but nothing. What a bummer...

do you still have the old ones? heres what i did.
1 jar vasoline
1 black 100% silicone canister
1 caulk gun

open the top about 1/3 of the way so all seals are apart from each other.
Now take the vasoline and put a generous amount on the seals you dont want the silicone to stick to in my case it was the back side of each seal.
Now use your caulk gun and go around to all the front seals that will go up against the back deals we just vasolined up and put about a good amount on each, use your finger to make sure you get it all around.
Once thats done get some paper towels and close the top slowly. after each set of seals lock into place stop and wipe up the excess. do this until all 3 seals are in place and with the top locked down then wipe up any extra again.
Now wait a day or 2. and when you open it you will have made newly formed gaskets on each of them and because of the vasaline they wont stick and it will be 100% contoured to the back of each seal!!

I did this to mine and it has worked for over a year! I hope you understand what i was saying
