Drives: 1993 Eclipse 2.0 n/t 4G63



I have a 93 eclipse that has the 7bolt 4G63 non-turbo with auto tranny.... the motor blew and so i bought a new motor.... but they sent me a 6 bolt non-turbo 4G63.

i need to know if there is anyway to make my tranny work on this 6 bolt motor.... i was told i may just have to change the torque converter but i was just wondering if any body new if its possible to make it work!!!!! THANKS

despite rather the flex plate bolts with 7 or 6 bolts , the TQ converter will bolt up the same , the bolt pattern is no diffrent

I've never heard of a 6 bolt n/a and i bet that's for a reason...

^ I prefer the 6-bolt n/a beceause it doesn't have oil squirters.
