Just got my pulley today and installed it only took me like half an hour, but then went to the gym and i definitely could feel a little something different going on. Felt a little more pick up when taking off and im very much satisfying with it.

Another tip for you guys - little trick the mechanics use

To get the bolt off, pull your plug leads out, place the socket and wrench on the nut and make sure its braced securely and then crank the engine. This will break the nut free and then you can undo it the rest of the way easily.

Just make sure you have the plugs out, you don't want the engine to fire over otherwise there will be all hell breaking loose.

LMAO! That's pure genius! Perfect for getting the bolt off, but what about getting it back on? They need to be torqued to spec.

I didn't know that about the other pullies, thanks for clairifying that, but what do you mean by "smoothing" out the engine? Aren't the engines already internally balanced? What's there to smooth out?

Yes newer engines don't need them much at all, thats why we can get away without them.

They just help with any "irregularities" such as a miss.

As for putting the bolt back on, just torque it up - they are always easier to do up than undo. The engine compression will help to some degree.
